The Estate, covering some 17,000 acres, lies in the heart of the beautiful Breadalbane Country and covers the lower part of Glen Lochay which runs into Loch Tay. Some of the ground is steep and includes three Munro's, but much is more gentle rolling ground.

Stalker, landrover and argocat are provided, with a ghillie for the stags. There are hydro roads to two beats. Stag Stalking is let preferably by the week though days are sometimes available: Hind Stalking is available by the day.

Access to the Estate is easy from all directions, 1½ hours by road from both Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports, and accommodation is readily available.
