Corriegarth is on the western edge of the Monadhliath mountain range near Fort Augustus, and extends to some 11,500 acres. Surrounded by other well known deer forests including Dunmaglass, Coignafearn and Garrogie, the ground rises from 600ft to 2,658ft.
Stalking This excellent forest provides challenging red deer stalking in wonderful surroundings with stalking available for one rifle from the end of August through into October. There is also sika and roe stalking available on the lower ground.
This comfortable lodge offers accommodation for up to 27 people in 13 bedrooms and includes a drawing room, dining room and billiard room with full size table. Together with brown trout fishing on Loch Mhor, Corriegarth is an excellent location for a sporting holiday. |
