Lettings are Sunday to Sunday.
Fishing & Stalking Coulin offers excellent stalking in exceptionally beautiful surroundings beside Beinn Eighe National Nature Reserve. Extending over some 23,000 acres of the eastern end of the Torridon mountains, the estate contains Caledonian pine and birch woods of national importance and presents the unusual opportunity of challenging stalking over three beats with the possibility of two parties per day. Salmon and sea trout fishing for 4 rods is also available on the A'Ghairbhe river, Lochs Clair and Coulin (boats included), all being highly significant headwaters of the famous Ewe river system. There is also productive trout fishing on numerous hill lochs, and this is included within the farmhouse rental. Being a stag forest, the stalking begins towards the end of August covering a terrain that ranges from rocky high ground to gentler grassy slopes.
The traditional farmhouse has been sensitively altered to include full central heating and all modern amenities. It sleeps 8/10 in 1 double, 2 twins, 1 bunks, double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms and a shower room, each with w.c. A homely kitchen/dining room is complemented by a warm sitting room panelled in Douglas Fir. It is situated at the east end of Loch Coulin with fine views across the glen. Access is by an unmetalled road.
Further well appointed accommodation sleeping 5 is available on the estate.
