Dipple House is situated approximately 2 miles from the centre of the bustling town of Fochabers on the North Moray coast. It is an ideal base for a family holiday particularly if part or all of the family fish.

Dipple is located very near to some of the best fishing beats on the River Spey, particularly the Brae water and Gordon Castle water, as well as Delfur, Orton, Rothes and Craigellachie. Additionally, Dipple is only 15 minutes drive from Elgin and less than an hour from Inverness.

The house benefits from a full sized tennis court, barbeque and garden furniture. Although situated next to a farm, there are no immediate neighbours although the occasional cow has been known to look in from the adjoining field.

The Moray coast offers wonderful beaches and, of course, an abundance of wild life from dolphins to the famous Speyside Ospreys. Locally there are many pursuits which can be enjoyed including cycling, canoeing, visiting distilleries and numerous golf courses.
