Kellas Estate, lying in a contoured glen of the River Lossie, represents an attractive combination of sporting facilities with a comfortable family sized home.

Kellas House, constructed in 1916, is grade A listed as one of Scotland's finest "Arts & Crafts" houses and features two 17th century Dutch tiled fireplaces and a staircase of note. The reception rooms are well proportioned and bright, with large windows. Onthe first floor there are 6 double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms, and staff accommodation of one double bedroom and sitting room. The ground floor includes drawing room, dining room seating 16, a smaller sitting room/t.v.

There is an established pheasant shoot providing challenging days of 100-150 birds which combined with the house make an ideal winter break.

In the summer months, there is salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Lossie, a chance to walk up a grouse or two and roe buck stalking in the mixed woodland.
