Off the dining room and through a small corridor, pausing to look at the large pull down maps of the Estate and perhaps identify the knoll or pool you had your favourite moment that day, and you enter the Games room. This is no ordinary games room. Fireplaces at either end, a full size billiard table and several sofa’s to sit on and let your dinner settle.

The house sleeps ten comfortably and we might consider parties of up to 12. The domestic servants quarters are extensive with 6 or 7 bedrooms and room’s can be made available for nannies etc if required.
